Melbourn Judo Club
Venue: Royston Leisure Centre, Woodcock Road, Royston, SG8 7XT
Club Details: Junior members aged from 5 to 16 years and Senior members over 16. The club also has a very high ratio of female membership, coached by 3 female Dan Grades (Black Belts). On September 3rd 2005 the club relocated to the new Royston Leisure Centre. With the help of funding from North Herts District Council the club have just replaced and enlarged its mat area to 200sq. metres of practice and competition area.
Activities: The club is affiliated to the British Judo Association, which is the Sport's National Governing Body, and is a very active member club of the Eastern Area, taking part in numerous competitions, Gradings and events each year. In May 2002 the Club acquired funding from the National Lottery 'Award's For All' scheme that has allowed it to put in place a "Coach development Programme".

Rob Roy Boat Club

Club Details: The Rob Roy Boat Club, or Robs, is the most successful of the non-university clubs in Cambridge. Traditionally the focus is on training and racing in small boats, and we are proud to cater for everybody from complete beginners to masters, juniors to seniors and international rowers and scullers.
Robs is a member of the Cambridgeshire Rowing Association, and is primarily based at the CRA boathouse.
