About Me
I am very fortunate to be involved in netball, a game I have loved to play and coach for many years, to now use my experience and see more young people and adults enjoying netball like I do.
I organise the High 5 Netball League for Year 4, 5 & 6 pupils in the primary schools in the Partnership. For those new to this league it involves school teams playing each other in divisional rounds which are held at central venues. At each divisional round teams play a minimum of two matches split into halves.
For older players in years 7 to 13 I also organise the Junior and Youth Netball League on Monday nights from January to April involving players from schools and local clubs.
As well as organising these competitions I visit primary and secondary schools across the Partnership to help establish after school netball clubs.
This Term's Focus
All Primary Link Teachers will have received information on this years High 5 Netball League which is due to start after October half term.
If you are a keen parent and want to know how you can help in your childs school please ask to speak to the Primary Link Teacher (PLT) as I know all schools will welcome any help you can offer.
I am coaching netball this first half term at Gt Abington PS and Melbourn VC and look forward to seeing keen netballers at those sessions. For more information speak to your PLT/ PE teacher.
